Portrait Class
During the portrait class we work mostly from life. Students will be introduced to the basic principles and the preliminary stages of rendering a portrait. We will introduce proportional guidelines focusing on the structure of the head, observing the effects of light and shade and the visual challenges it creates.
The portrait class offers structure and helps mastering the principals of this subject with the emphasis to let each student apply their own working and style.
Mediums used will be various drawing materials.
Missed classes – our offer:
If you miss one of the days due to other appointments you can join one of our other classes within the running block to make up for the missed class.
