Take a deeper look into the relatioship of body and shape in art4you Scotland’s artist lead life painting day. The life painting workshop can be booked as a stand alone workshop or as a follow on 2nd-day workshop from the life drawing workshop.
The day will focus on human proportions, values and colour. Aim of the day is to improve the observational and painting skills, to understand the proportions and structure of the human body and to complete a life painting by the end of the day. Ideal to have some drawing and painting experience for this workshop.
The day will start with short poses for warming up exercieses. For the rest of the day the model will hold the same pose with short breaks in-between. You can select the medium of your choice oil or acrylic). We will have a lunch break at around 12.30pm.
All the painting materials are as always included in the course fee as well as lunch.
