Explore different ways of working with oil painting materials during art4you Scotland’s popular oil painting day. In this oil painting workshop students will work with different oil painting tools. The course will nurture self-confidence and enjoyment of painting. The teaching artist Sally Morrison has structured the course to make it suitable for those who have never painted before and for those who want to strengthen their skills. The course is run in small groups of max 10 and there is plenty of guidance from the teaching artist. All levels welcome.

You will learn:
• how to use oil paint
• how to achieve different marks with the different tools
• how to mix the right colour
